i got all my supplies for my first cycle almost a month ago but have been reading all i can to avoid making mistakes. i thought it be kinda cool to time the cycle where all the extra holiday foodwould be a positive thing but i'm wondering since test e takes 4-6 weeks to kick in shoud i wait to start eating alot of extra food until it kicks? and can i work out for longer peroids or even twice a day while on cycle? stats 6', 47 y.o. 214 lb, 13% bf currently w.o. 5 days ew appox 1.5 hr.s a day. plus 20 min cardio 3 times a week. i'm planning on a 10 wk. cycle of test e only, 500 mg.ew (even though i have dbol ,lol ) followed with nolva for post cycle therapy (pct). i also have colmid and provironum.
