Test E still good??Homebrew Powder transparent

I bought test powder E a few five months ago, I used a bit and was liquefied, but white,with aspect like cream, left stored in a dark, dry place but now is not white, the temperatures are milder now than when he was white, I put in a cold place and has the same appearance, powder can spoil or lose the function?

It may degrade, but if it truly is cold... it shouldn't be in liquid form. Test E has a lower melting point (90-96 F) I have only seen it in clumpy/sludgy form when warmer but I have never left it out in 100 degree days.
