Test E + Tren A - Advice

Hey guys im about to start my second cycle so i decided to choose this stack.

Weeks 1-12 500mg test E /w
Weeks 1-10 50mg Tren A / ED

Im 200 pounds roughly around 12% body fat and im 22 years old

I plan to run nolvadex pct.

Just want and friendly advice of things to do on cycle to make it most beneficial.. i am running this cycle as a bulk but hopingto loose a little body fat too and from what ive read tren does this even why bulking.

few questions.

1. should i do cardio on cycle?
2. i read somwhere i should eat 2.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight while on tren, this true?
3. Is there a big difference between shooting ED or EOD ?

and please any advice is wanted, i want this cycle to count !
 
First off,i you are still to young imo,2nd bad choice for a second cycle,3rd if you do a test/tren cycle its best to use the same esters on both products,not a long estered test and short estered tren,use both the same esters
 
keep up light cardio if you can. Tren may interfere with this though

that much protein is not needed. up carbs and fats for cals

I noticed less sides when I switched to ED but that could be placebo

Get clomid for pct

I have steered away from tren due to all the horror stories . Having said that peaple do get great rusults from it.


If it was me I would wait till I was atleast in my 30's and do a testE/Eq stack. Just my honest opinion..


Good luck and remember dude your natural test lvls are already as high as they are like to be naturally so why not ride that wave for all its worth?

as far as what to do on cycle what good is the muscle if you do not have the cardio to run it? I know people might disagree with me but I am a M.M.A. fighter so my cardio is much more important to me than the "pretty" muscle.

Diet is a HUGE factor eat as much as you can as often as you can (as long as its good clean food) no honey buns, ho ho's or Twinkies. Try to eat 5 times a day (something I still have to force myself to do). Hell I know guys who will set there alarm for like 3 a.m. and eat a full meal in the middle of the night just to get more caloric intake lol. I am not that crazy but I hope you get the Idea.

You will be fine running them together. I've done it. Its really more of a convenience thing. The tren levels will build up faster but you will have enough test from the enth to be fine until both are at peak concentrations
