Test Enanthate. Stacking Advice and PCT's

Hi fellas. NEEDING HELP FROM A WELL EXPERIENCED BLOKE especially to those ones who have cycled Test Enanthate and stacked with Thermogenics (shit you can get in health stores tab and cap base) or Wins, Clen etc. This would be my second cycle. First cycle was consisted of Deca 100 and Sus 250. Deca was 400mg p/week for 10 weeks stacked with Sus 500mg p/week for 12 weeks. PCT went on for 4 weeks just with Nolva 2 weeks after last pin.
Was 78kgs, Training like a motha, 6-7 a week, 1-2 hours of training ED, pushing 120kgs on Bench, 180kgs Deadlift, 480kgs on Leg press, Minimal Cardio (run/walk for 1-1.30 hrs a week. Carb Load but clean diet. About 4,000-5,000 calories a day. After cycle and Post, gained only 7kgs and it wasn't as solid as what i was expecting (no abs). Vascularity Endurance, Focus and Thickness was definitely there. Only problem was losing Erection on and off while on the cycle and that's one of my main concern as well. Been off the juice for a year but still training and eating the same.

I NEED HELP with what I can stack with this second cycle that I'm doing, Test Enanthate to keep me Lean with decent six pack (never had lower abs before just 4 upper abs) and to avoid the On and Off Erection Problem and if I
go crazy with Thermogenics (Cutting agents you can buy in health
Stores) will that reduce water retention?

Height: 182cm
Weight (present): 80kgs
Age: 25 y/o
Arms: 41.5mm
Forearms: 33.5mm
Shoulder to Shoulder-127mm
Chest: 112.5mm
Back (flexed): 111.5mm
Buttocks: 104mm
Quads and Hammies: 60.3mm left / 59.2mm right
Calves: 40.2mm left / 40.5mm right

Please help, need a very educated advice and productive advice.

1-2 hrs training 6-7 days a week? No one grows from training, growth take place when you're not in the gym. Bro I train 3-4 days a week for 20-40 minutes tops. Doing long endurance workouts is going to give a marathon runners muscle SHIT!

What you want is the muscles of a sprinter or a hurdler. Short burst all out session and eat and rest. I never train the day after back or day before or after quads.

You're right about a sprinter or a hurdler's physique, well much bigger than that actually. But i dont know how a 20-40 min work out does to you, but hey each to their own, it must be working for you, but like what Pro-BB Kai Greene says to me when He did a guest-posing in melbourne, "train as long as your body wants to, and that's where you achieve your goals." By the time I stack 460kgs of weights on a Leg Press mate, 5 minutes is already gone, plus another 5 minutes finishing the sets, 5 minutes to wait for Lil Blokes that only chats on the machine with their Lil mates when the only time they leave is if you tell them to f*ck off. But like what i said good if you can squeeze a hard earned training in 20-40 mins, i'd love to know how its possible coz that'll save me so much time to eat and sleep.
