Test only cycle

What would be a better first cycle to run Test Cyp or Test Eth I can get both. Would 8 weeks at 400-500mgs be enough to gain 10-20lbs.And what should I use post cycle? I can get Clomid.

I'm 33 yrs old 5 10" about 13%bf and weight 205 lb and never cycled before.

Cyp. & Enan. or almost identical, so go with what is cheaper. Yes, 400-500mgs./week 8-10 weeks would be good. For your post cycle therapy I would have nolvadex & clomid.
