Test only weight loss cycle/diet

Alright, im getting fat, time to get in shape, I was wondering what you guys think on me running test prop only, eod 400-500 a week. I would be using this to help keep strength while going on a pretty clean diet to shed the pounds..
Workouts are good, 1.5-2 hours depending on body part including 30 mins cardio (incline walking 15-20 cals per min)

here is the diet i would be on 3 hr intervals. If i get hungry in between, I would just eat protein (meat or shake)


Breakfast:
2 fish oil, 1 vitamin C, 1 B12, 1 vitamin D (Ive been doing that for years no special combo here)
1 cup oatmeal wt frozen starwberries, 1 scoop protein.
Morning snack:
protein or protein bar
Lunch:
Chk breast 1-2 cup Quinoa,
broccoli/asperagus (any green veg)
Afternoon snack:
Protein
Dinner:
Chicken breast and 1/2 cup brown rice
spinach or brocolli
Bed:
Casein

Post workout would be 2 scoops protein.

Im 25, 225lbs 6'3 18%bf
AAS HISTORY
deca/winny one cycle- 4 weeks (injury)
mast/equip one cycle -8 weeks
test-p alone one cycle- 8 weeks 1cc eod
Var a few times alone.
clen drops once alone.

I have been off aas for 2.5-3 years.

Was going to run tren, But after researching, I decided i LIKE my hair. So i would not mind test, at a low 400-500 a week pretty much TRT... I say test-p because of its relatively low sides.... also because i have used it.. let me know what you guys think...

Also my test is pretty low already.. likely because of my early start on AAS as of July 2012 it was 316 ng/gl...

Any comments would be appreciated.

Thats not a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose. thats a cycle, by all means. In fact more test than 500mg/wk test enth or cyp, a good amount more.

Id lower to 350 to lower estrogen sides and bloat, fat burning will still occur at this dose, as will muscle growth.

judging by your past cycles you dont understand testosterone, or dont have access to the correct compounds for a proper cycle.
 
I have been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) now for going on 4 weeks. I have been running an 1800 calory a day diet. I have started finally to shed some fat. I was 168 with 40% body fat. I did my monthly check up and down 8% points gainwd 7 lbs and lost 2 pant sizes. Diet is assuch

breakfast 8 oz oatmeal with protein powder
Mid morning protein shake
Lunch chicken breast or a can of chicken with potato
Mid afternoon protein shake
Dinner turkey or fish with veggies.

It seems very thin but its working.
 
It is but its working on what i need it to and thats fat loss. Once i decide to bulk amd do 500mg of test a week then the diet will vhange accordingly but its working for me and i used it as an example of what works for ME. This kind of diet would not work for a lot of people but thanks for noticing what I already knew.

With it am doing a lot if volume training and cardio

I used to TEST E and VAR to shed more than 100 lbs....so it can be done. Keep your cals down, fat down, protein high. Eat egg whites and drop the protein bar.....they usually have too much other shit in them......good luck bro!
 
I really don't see how you are going to be satiated with all those protein shakes/bars. Why not just replace them with chicken or turkey? I'm with Gorilla; lots of additives in bars if you take the time to read the label. High fructose corn syrup + soy = no thanks.
 
Yea I totally agree...read the labels!!!
For me - 10 Egg whites starts every day....and usually Ill throw 4 or 5 more in the day......

chicken steak eggs .....stick with these and no matter how much you eat you will lose BF!
 
Im a total believer of IIFYM, but when your cutting it is by far best to drop the shakes/bars for some real food! (not because youll get more gains, but what keeps you full for longer? A protein shake or brown rice and chicken?)
 
thanks to everyone for your feedback, really appreciate it, I will definitely incorporate more "Real foods" as opposed to bars and all those shakes!!
