Alright, im getting fat, time to get in shape, I was wondering what you guys think on me running test prop only, eod 400-500 a week. I would be using this to help keep strength while going on a pretty clean diet to shed the pounds..
Workouts are good, 1.5-2 hours depending on body part including 30 mins cardio (incline walking 15-20 cals per min)
here is the diet i would be on 3 hr intervals. If i get hungry in between, I would just eat protein (meat or shake)
Breakfast:
2 fish oil, 1 vitamin C, 1 B12, 1 vitamin D (Ive been doing that for years no special combo here)
1 cup oatmeal wt frozen starwberries, 1 scoop protein.
Morning snack:
protein or protein bar
Lunch:
Chk breast 1-2 cup Quinoa,
broccoli/asperagus (any green veg)
Afternoon snack:
Protein
Dinner:
Chicken breast and 1/2 cup brown rice
spinach or brocolli
Bed:
Casein
Post workout would be 2 scoops protein.
Im 25, 225lbs 6'3 18%bf
AAS HISTORY
deca/winny one cycle- 4 weeks (injury)
mast/equip one cycle -8 weeks
test-p alone one cycle- 8 weeks 1cc eod
Var a few times alone.
clen drops once alone.
I have been off aas for 2.5-3 years.
Was going to run tren, But after researching, I decided i LIKE my hair. So i would not mind test, at a low 400-500 a week pretty much TRT... I say test-p because of its relatively low sides.... also because i have used it.. let me know what you guys think...
Also my test is pretty low already.. likely because of my early start on AAS as of July 2012 it was 316 ng/gl...
Any comments would be appreciated.
