Test P NPP cycle. My thoughts on deca (NPP)

Guys I've noticed that deca (NPP) doesn't get talked about much. Here's my 2 cents.

History, I have run one test e cycle and 600mg per week for 16 weeks. Of course adex, hcg, and proper post cycle therapy nolva clomid were used. I didn't really make any gains on just test alone... My bench went up about 10 lbs on max. I didn't really put on any size either, I only noticed a harder leaner physique. My diet and training was the same then as it is now on this test/NPP cycle.

Here are the results of test and NPP.

5 weeks in

I'm up 9 lbs, no bloat at all, bench is up 30lbs so far, shoulder press is up 30lbs as well, squat max is up over 50lbs. My endurance is F'ing INSANE. Like I have to stop myself in the gym. I'm afraid I'll hurt myself. I'm not sure why my body doesn't responds to just test alone very well. I'm running the same brand gear, just added deca(NPP) to the mix. So far I in love. I don't think ill cycle without deca again.
 
looking at your results i would bet your diet is poor.. both instances show very minimal results imo
 
Really only 5 weeks in? Still poor? I won't argue the diet could be better, but poor results? Went from benching 330 to 360 in 5 weeks I thought I was doing well.
 
I would say that's a pretty good jump for 5 weeks in for sure. I'm getting ready to try npp for the first time in Nov, can't wait. Thanks for post bro. Keep us updated.
 
I don't think I have ever heard anyone say their endurance improved on Nandrolone. Are you talking about aerobic endurance? If so, are you sure your NPP and really NPP?

9lbs bad in 5 weeks? So a gain of 20lbs in 10 weeks which potentially could happen, no good?? What would your expectations be?

Not aerobic endurance. I'm talking about recovery between sets. Test alone has me sucking wind pretty bad between sets. Really I just don't get much from test alone. It makes me very lethargic.

Is there really a way to tell if my NPP is real? I'm know my test is cause I have blood work to prove it. The gear is AY.

Megatron, I have heard some people say deca helped their aerobic endurance. And I've heard the opposite. It does increase RBC correct? So in theory that should help with cardio endurance. Could you elaborate as to my it hurts most people in this regard?
