Yo fellas,
I am a few weeks away from starting a cycle of Test Prop/Mast Prop pinned EOD. I have never pinned anywhere but glutes and never more than two pins per week. Is pinning glutes and delts enough for EOD or do I need to add a third location? I have 23G in both 1.5" and 1". Thanks for any input on this!
