I may consider dropping it out for a while at your advice, at the very least I suppose I can see what it does in terms of body composition with/without. Week 6 is coming up...
Looking great! I hate Winny personally my joints start killing me around week 4. That and I always seemed to get injured while running it. Prob due to the fact that although it makes tendons bigger it weakens the tensile strength. Good luck with this run though and stay strong.
Hey man..sorry I haven't checked in sooner. I've been trolling your thread since you started it. You really came into this with a great foundation brother. What's really impressive, was your willingness to change up your battle plan and take 3j's advice on dropping the winny. Thanks for running a great log.
