What about the whole nolva while using 19-nors and how it upregulates prolactin? Any truth to that?

Unless you prolactin levels are out of whack there is no need to take a DA. This is not a must as is an AI from start to finish, usually is you keep you E2 under control prolactin will stay under control as well. Its impossible to know without bloodwork where your prolactin is, unless of course you start to lactate then its a pretty safe bet its high, but def no need to run a DA if you don't know for sure whats going on.
