Day 34: Weight 193
Had thanksgiving dinner last night so Im feeling pretty bloated, turkey, gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, pie, and cheesecake will do you to you I guess. Going to work out bis and calves today and switch things up before my second turkey dinner tonight lol. Going a bit nuts this weekend with the food, but will be dialed back in starting tomorrow! Hope all you fellow Canadians are having a great thanksgiving weekend!
 
Day 41: Weight 193.5
Getting really weird muscle cramp/twitches even when not working out, muscles are moving like waves where my chest and shoulder connect it's freaky. Also sex drive is high, but having trouble staying hard/finishing during sex. Tried Prami but it kills my sleep, any suggestions? I've used Caber in the past with success, but it's difficult to find and expensive
 
Unless you prolactin levels are out of whack there is no need to take a DA. This is not a must as is an AI from start to finish, usually is you keep you E2 under control prolactin will stay under control as well. Its impossible to know without bloodwork where your prolactin is, unless of course you start to lactate then its a pretty safe bet its high, but def no need to run a DA if you don't know for sure whats going on.

Day 54, Weight 193
Having some difficulty bumping up my weight, I will likely start incorporating more cheat meals into my diet as I rarely have any. I've been eating the same thing every single day as per usual, but am getting headaches infrequently. Maybe I need to bump up the water intake?
Routine today was chest, feeling some tightness in the shoulder so I did higher volume lower weight for the workout
Incline bench 4x 15
Straight bench 4x 15
cable crossovers 4x 12
Machine flies 4x 20
Seated Arnold press 4x 10
Feeling great and pumped, muscles nice and full. Sex drive is through the roof but nips still puffy and pubertal gyno lumps are feeling swollen
 
Day 61: Weight 195
Weight is climbing steady now, incorporating a big cheat meal every week post workout. Still sleeping like crap, waking up every 3 hours or so covered in sweat. Gf is wondering why I'm so sweaty now, I chalked it up to faster metabolism haha. Workouts are some of the best Ive ever had, getting really good pumps now even from light weight.
 
Day 70: Weight 198
Worked back today:
Lat pulldowns x4
reverse dumbbell incline flies x4
close grip seated row x4
reverse machine flies x4
reverse cable crossovers x4
deadlifts x3
Solid workout, seeing nice strength increase in deadlifts finally after being at a plateau for months prior to my cycle.
Diets been slacking the last week or so, going off track with my meal plan but still trying to keep it 80% clean
 
Update: Weight is holding steady around 203-205lbs, staying pretty vascular despite putting on almost 20lbs since start date. Stomach is a bit bloated though. Having trouble finishing during sex and nipples are still puffy, going to bump up aromasin to 37.5mg ed and try more prami. Diet has been pretty clean, hitting the gym hard 5-6x a week and making good progress in putting on size, still wearing a 32 size pants too. Got a couple more weeks left, time to make the most of it and add a couple more pounds!
 
Well cycles finished now, overall pretty happy with the results! Put on 18lbs overall, with noticeable difference in my arms and chest size, while maintaining the same size of pants. Felt pretty good during the cycle, except for night sweats and difficulty achieving orgasm towards the end. Also cardio definitely suffered quite a bit, but I am sure it will return back to normal soon. All in all enjoyed the cycle, now time for 150mg/week trt of amls test cyp. Looking forward to my next cutting cycle with them in the spring.
