Hey everyone, planning on starting a cycle that consists of Test400, Deca and Winny.
Age: 21
Height: 6'
Weight: 196
BF: about 12-14%
Training 5-6 days a week (about 5 years now)
45 Minutes of cardio every single day
Meal 1: 1/2 cup brown oatmeal + 1 scoop whey protein + 1 TBS crushed flaxseed + cinnamon + 1/2 cup almond milk
Meal 2: 1 Can tuna + 1/2 cup of brown rice + hot sauce
Meal 3: 1 Protein shake + Veggies
Meal 4: 1 6oz Chicken breast + spinach
10 Week cycle
Test400: 200mg/twice a week (week 1-10) (mon & thurs)
Deca: 150mg/twice a week (week 1-10) (mon & thurs)
Winny: 40mg/every day(week 3-5)
Winny: 50mg/every day (week 5-8)
My goals are to weigh in at about 210-215 after my cycle but lean out and drop about 5-7% bf.
I know I am new at this and have a lot to learn, I am open to everyones opinion and help!
