testenath 500mg 12 weeks now winstrol?????

i am on my first cycle of test enath 500mg weeks 1-12 currently on week 8 will be starting Winstrol (winny) 50mg e.d for 4 weeks in week 10 but ive been told to take milk thistle along with itt o protect the live is there anything wlse i should take to protect it, also how much should i take a day?

ALA, milk thistle...i have the 80% sylmariam(sp??) so i just took 3 150mg caps a day with the dbol i took....but it depends on the %....
