If youll take 1 g test, you should take AI but what bout 500 mg guys? Is it necessary? Is there better way to lower e2? You know arimidex not healthy. Im looking for better options..

You should still use an AI to keep your estrogen in check. I've had good luck with .25 mg I'd Alex E3D on low test dose. But everyone is different. You should always have your AI and pct lined out before your first pin. Take it from a guy who has learned the hard way!

Oh man, you have literally asked this question on every thread I've looked at today.

You DO need an AI to manage estrogen. There's no way around it.
