Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and Acne problems! "sorry another acne question"

Ok now I wait for blood test. We are going to try 100mg every 10 days instead of the 200mg every 20 days. I just hope we figure why acne came?

Estrogen?
Crash from my own cycle?
Or rollar coaster?

Yeah your doc is a moron. Every 20th day is horrible. Your t levels peak at 4-7 days after shot then steadily decline. That's a horrible schedule. Explain to your doc the ester determines frequency of injects and you t/estro levels are gonna be all over the place during that time. Get a new doc if he won't help you correctly.

This is a riduculs schedule. Comon on cycles we split 500mg test twice over a week. Two weeks after last test shoot our bodies are with out any test in them and your going three weeks!

I also think the other testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) guys are running 250mg/per week atleast something higher than 100mg every 10 days.

So I am pretty sure this is the cause of your acne, but I am no pro bro.

Yes understand dr schedule is kinda out there but going to try this and see if I can tighten it to every week 100mg.

Im gonna wait for estrogen level first because when I thru in my own cycle that's when acne kicked in and alot of bloat. I think something went wrong there. Was coasting nice then very oily skin and alot if bloat Then bam acne.





Correction should be 200mg every 10week days

I'm in the same boat. I'm on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and started to get really bad back acne. Minocycline did nothing for me, my wife thinks it made it worse. I'm going back to the dermatologist tommorrow.

And guess what they didn't check estrogen which I asked for

Only other things out of wack are lymphocytes. Glucose. Globulin

just an update! still waiting for estrogen test as they had to send to california....

dermatologist upped minocyline to 100mg twice a day....

took the above advice and pinning once a week at 200 mg every Wednesday.....

results are so so! acne is finally under control still feel a bit sluggish and test level is still low at 256....

dr asked if i wanted to move up to 300mg a week..."but i said ill wait because dont want to go thru the acne thing again"


I understand most say its trial and error to find the right dosage for each individual correct?

I was thinking of waiting for estrogen test first, but that was after coming down off 400mg a week cycle. So results wont be to accurate.Is there any way to get quicker estrogen results to narrow down the problem?

I would say bro try going with 300mg a week and get some "research" adex and try dosing that at like .5mg eod.

I to had horrible acne on my shoulders from tren..they are riddled with red marks from where the acne was. i tried just about everything, but finally tetracycle did the trick, so i been on that for about 3 months now.

dr says levels are normal and wont give an AI! how else to obtain some


ok trying arimidex liquid in first week and went up to 300mg cyp a week and some acne developed....

ok update been using liquid Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for a week at .5ml ED and feel like I definitely lost some water and feel a bit better. Morning wood never really came back full force just a bit and libido is ok.

Now think i should continue with this dose or maybe i passed my point.....No acne....maybe minor water.....going to dr tomorrow and see what he says about blood work and medical coverage.
