I'm on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) since 2009 and I want have a baby with my wife.
My doc want to stop test injection and start a HCG/HMG therapy.Can I do both, test and HCG/HMG ?Clomid or nolvadex can be a good addition ?

I'd follow your endros advice for coming off and running the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). Me I knocked my wife up no problem after years of test levels under 200 and a year on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) (while on trt) with 250iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) every 5 days (every other 5 days I do 500iu). First time without protection and bam baby. Of course part of that might be my huge cock crushing up on and spraying the juice directly into her cervix

I have a physical job so I don't want stop test injection and loss my strenght and my energy.
I want keep my test dose and add HCG 500ui 2 times a week and maybe add some clomid for few weeks.

500ius 2xwk sounds like a good starting place. You might need more though because your nuts are shut down for a long time.. Just make sure you up the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) as you up the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). Probably not a bad idea to keep some tamoxifen on hand in case you start getting tender nips.. Shoot Chip an email and see what he thinks.
