TRT Help Please?

Hi,so Im 23,i have a hard time losing fat and gaining muscle,so a few months ago i go my Blood Work done.
Test was 383
Estrogen was 70
Prolactin was 6

Doc said i was normal.

I went because i was having leaky nipples, also i was 2 months premature when i was born and i was put on Ritalin and SSRIs when i was in kindergarten that i think may have messed my hormones up and messed with puberty.

so i went back to the doctors we took another blood test later in the day.
Test was 177

So he told me to take another test at 8am and im currently awaiting results.LH came back at 2.1 so far.My trainer said i need to get a Test Shot once a week.

I fear that Kaiser will not really be of much help to me. i fear i will just have to purchase online. however i have no idea where or what to purchase. Test Cyp? AI? HCGC? what do i need? i dont even know where to begin looking.

anyway any advice anybody?

You you are just going to be using for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) purposes I'd just get a script from ur doc and pick ur stuff up straight from the pharmacy..that way u know wat ur getting is 100% legit everytime..and besides that it'd be much less of a hastle for you to do it that way as well.

There are plently out there that will. If you feel like you really need it I'm sure you can find one that will be able to help you. If not then just stick around the forum and gain some trust.

Tony, there are ways to drive your tested T levels lower, if that is what your doctor demands to get you on TRT.

When you post scores here make sure you post the range as well, as different tests have different "normal" ranges. I say this because on the surface your E levels look horribly high, and could be causing most of your problems, but because I don't know the range I'm not convinced.

It is possible that just using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (Aromatase Inhibitor, which inhibits the aromatase enzyme converting T into E) may be sufficient to get your T back on track, which will help your fat, which will increase your T, which will help your fat, which will lower your E . . . you get the picture?

Low T/High E results in fat, tits, lower energy and willpower to exercise. Higher fat results in higher aromatisation, which results in . . .

If you break this cycle, get your fitness under control you may need no T replacement therapy.

So don't just assume you need T shots.

But if you just want to get your T numbers low just tell us and we will help.

agree

you may be on to something ... i think 55 is at the upper end of normal limit range for E in in males

70 would have been outside normal limits

but his MD should of noticed this if it was so

Also the problem with us guys is age docs tend to be very hesitant with the stuff and play it safe, which isnt necessarily a bad thing. Your numbers are not to terrible but your E is a little hight and T on the lower end but T numbers can fluctuate a descent amount. Really I would look into lifestyle too, are you over weight if so try losing 20lbs do you sleep 8hours a day, alcohol intake? If you change these few things, your life may get better.

But a few way to kill your T numbers is to sleep very little the night before and have a few drinks the night before.

And a better way to kill your T numbers is to sleep not at all the night before, and have many, many drinks over the previous few nights, and very little sleep in the prior week. Does it work? Oh yes!

At 23 does he really want to be manipulating t scores If he was older I would totally agree but at that age he needs some extensive testing done to eliminate other factors. Im not completely disagreeing with you guys, just would want to play it cautious. testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is for life and at 23 he has a long way to go.
