TRT small dosage - REAL results

These are results from a newbie simply taking a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dosage for 10 weeks (200mg test cyp)... Proof, imo, that a low dosage is all that is needed to obtain results for a newbie.

I decided to take up lifting seriously about 3 months ago.. After that time I found out that I had very low testosterone levels.. So I got on testosterone replacement therapy, and after 10 weeks of injections these are the results. I've gained 25 lbs in the 3 months, most the weight started coming on once I started the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) (200mg test cyp every 6 days). IMO, taking up lifting and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) really has started working for me. Of course diet and training were key. Buddy thinks that the before and after pics look like I just completed a first cycle. . but, the results are just from starting TRT.

Those are some solid results

TRT protocol the doc put me on was 200mg of test-- and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) at 500iu weekly
<<< Keep an eye on estrogen. especially over 350 iu of HCG. I use the quest ultrasensitive esrtadiol test.

Yea, I heard that Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) increases estrogen.. They prescribed Armidex. I don't have any Estrogen related sides though right now. Was going to take .5 every 3rd day as a precautionary thing, but not sure if I really need to or just hold on to it in case there are estro sides
What is "" I use the quest ultrasensitive esrtadiol test""?
thanks

OK, sorry to burst your bubble, but;

You started lifting 3 months ago (say 13 weeks ago)
You started testosterone 200mg/week 10 weeks ago.

You or anyone else who looked as skinny as you did could have easily obtained the exact same results simply from starting a weight training program and a good diet to go along with it.

Nothing magical about that at all.

Really, easily?
25 pounds in 13 weeks with diet and exercise. . . in my opinion would not be achieved EASILY.
I do agree with the basis of your premise, but there are plenty of hard gainers who have lifted and trained for over a year and not put on 25 pounds.

Its a good test to accurately measure Estrogen is males. Labcorp has a version too i believe it is called estradiol, sensitive
They are the gold standard IMO for accurate E measurement in males.

Good results, normally I'd label you a dumbass for not lifting natural for at least a year or so but since you've made the commitment to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) I don't see the harm in it. With a good diet you should see some great results in the next year. Good luck and make sure to monitor yourself. Many doctors even to this day don't understand trt.

thanks,, Yea I figured if I'm going to be injecting Test anyway in my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) I might as well make the most of it. Rather than sitting around and expecting some sort of real change without putting in the effort.

Again, my point.. 200 mg of Test a week is far from a 'real' cycle. . and a newbie to lifting shouldn't be doing a real cycle anyhow. . but a small amount of Test for someone who has low T to begin with (mine was under 170 total), that small amount when so low and beginning to train and diet can have real results.
When guys say 'this amount is not enough' or 'X amount is too low to get results'... well it depends on the person. 200 mg a week isn't crap for most the guys on here, but for me it definitely helped out.. even my bench press is up 70 lbs (over 50% increase) in that short of time.

Body weight increase in 13 weeks = 17%
Strength increase in 13 weeks, bench up = 50%

I'm guessing those two factors (and % increase) would be a desired goal of even the most advanced AAS cycle. . . right?
