So I am currently in first place for a national competition through lifetime fitness. I wanted to thank 3J for helping me do an extreme weight loss program!!

While he typically doesn't do extreme weight loss but rather a healthy focus, he was willing to help after much begging. He heloed me drop 69lbs in 90 days while retaining as much muscle mass as possible.

he worked his ass off.. and since we had to lose alot of weight in a little amount of time it was against my philosophy.. but i can custom build anything for a client.. so i did

do you recall the mct oil article i wrote a while back?? i had a protocol in there for rapid weight loss...

well... it does cause rapid weight loss.. and since the contest was meant for that specific need we used it...

all who know me, esp my clients know i hate this type of dieting....

but it was what was called for
