Hey guys I just wanted to give an update on my first cycle as well as thank you guys for all the blessings you have bestowed upon me!!


I am in the 11th week of my first cycle here is what I have done so far.


500mg of testE split into 2 pins per week
(kept it simple )

I was planning on 12 weeks but I have enough left to go for 14 (good or bad idea?)

I expierenced no sides other than awsomeness!!! I mean no acne no gyno no agression no hair loss NOTHING.

I am planning on following the "standard PCT" sticky for moderate cycles to the T which is as follows
starting 14 days after last pin
clomid and Nolva combo.
clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 20/20/10/10/10/10

I also have been doing my Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) throughout my cycle as suggusted by OAK
500iu's a week of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for my entire cycle. Then I will use 500iu's every day for the 10 days leading up to 4 days before SERM treatment.

I also have and will continue to follow the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) treatment as outlined by OAK.

Now the good stuff

Starting weight194lbs @ 18% bf
current weight as of 11th week 229 and I have no idea of my body fat % but lets just say I can see veins and muscles that I thought never existed!!!! Keep in mind that I weighed myself after a long hot sweaty day of work so I was pretty dry/dehydrated.

My work outs were not that crazy I lifted hard and heavy 4 days a week and did intense cardio2 times a week with 1 day of complete rest.

I am not the "lets max out on bench!!" type but I will say this. I went from doing sets of 245lbs @ 10 reps to 295 @ 10 reps now!!! FREAKING FANTASTIC!!!!!. Squats went from 10 reps @ 290 to 350 @ 10 reps plus I was able to add an extra set!!!

I am a welder/fabricator and work in Texas so it has been over 100 degrees for like 60 days straight! This has really helped in keeping me lean. It is hard to be a fat ass working 12 hr shifts in that kind of heat with jeans, long sleeve heavy welding shirt, steel toe boots, and gloves on !!

I ate like a horse ( 5 meals a day) and ate clean low fat food at all times).

I am very proud of myself I was dedicated on every front diet, workouts, and sups. I feel fantastic look fantastic and my wife cant keep her hands off of me lol!!!!:yumyum:

My concerns

Should I stop at 12 weeks as planned or finish out my bottle of test e which would take me to 14 weeks?

I am going to do my PCT to the T but am I going to lose it If I don't increase my workout intensity?

Should I expect the emotional roller coster I have heard about? and if so will benzo's help,hurt or not make much difference?


Anyway thank you guys due to your advice I did this the right way and feel/look great I wish I could hug each and every one of you (no homo).

By the way I am 31 and I worked out regularly for 3 years before my cycle and hardcore for 9 months leading up to my cycle. BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE

I am going to do my PCT to the T but am I going to lose it If I don't increase my workout intensity? keep intensity high but lower volume. Don't be disappointed when you lose strength. It will happen

Everyone is different. For me it sucks but its not that bad. No clue on the benzos

and don't be discouraged when the weight comes off. Sounds like a bit of your weight is water from not running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). correct me if I'm wrong. Doesnt seem like you were eating enough to make all that weight gain actual muscle.

But good job. glad to hear success stories

Congrats bro. You should be proud of yourself. Run the test for the last 2 weeks. You got it go ahead and run it. What you keep and what you loose always depends on how you ate while gaining the weight. Remember you have to eat to keep the weight you gained. You go back to eating the way and amount you did at 194 and you go back to 194. You will loose some but that just part of the game. Your still way ahead of where you were. post cycle therapy (pct) is different for everyone. I doesn't effect me. You'll just have to see. Brother we can put the 100 degree days behind us. Starting tomorrow they say the 90's are here to stay. I have a construction business in Texas so I have been feeling your pain. Keep training hard.

And I did my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) just like OAK suggested? Is the sticky incorrect?

My weight fluctuates quite a bit naturally . Like before work (and before my cycle) I would weigh like 205 but after work drop down to as low as 192... To be honest I rarely weigh myself and rely on the mirror more than the scale.?

1 more thing I have not had anything to drink other than water for the entire cycle (for me thats insane) no bear,coke,juice,or sports drinks whatsoever!!!!:nopity:


Oh and for anybody who is reading this and is planning on a "first cycle" plz take this advice. Get ALL your gear BEFORE you even start planning your "start" date. I mean get it all, your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) your Nolva/clomid as well as your AAS and the "Oh shit I got bitch tits Letro" It will save you soooo much stress!!!!

Awesome Dr Steal. Did you take before and after pictures? Good gains, congratulations, I would continue if you have it, just remember time on, equals time off!!!! Your'e going to want to get back on but resist ;-)
 
The sticky is correct. if you like what you see in the mirror thats all that matters. There's a ton of guys on here that weigh the same as I do and I am so thankful that I don't look like them. Same with lifting. if your the most jacked guy in the gym then who cares what the weights say. To many people brag about what they weigh and what the lift. My bragging starts when I take off my shirt!

God damm it has been so freaking hot man!!!! I have lived here for 20 of my 31 years and I cannot remember a summer so freakin hot !!!!!!!


As far as my second cycle I am planning on something in the dead of winter so when summer comes I can rip my shirt off and make my friends/workout buddies shit themselves lol.. Any suggestions on a second set up I want to stay mild nothing crazy. I was considering TestE at 500mg per wk + maybe some EQ in the mix. I want to focus on "lean" I am not the "I want to get HUGE" type...

No prob man I REALLY ate my ass off lol and in this Texas heat doing what I do for a living it is actually hard to not be lean.. I sold cars before I started welding and was as fat as 245 lbs......and Im like 5'10" tall

Also is 30 lbs about normal or above average for 11 weeks of testE @ 500mg per week?
 
This heat is killing my crews. You did good just to gain weight this summer. your next cycle consider deca instead of eq. Test e. @ 500mgs/ deca @ 300 mgs/ and 30 mgs ed of dbol. Run 12.5 mgs of aromisan along side the whole cycle and that will keep a hand on the water retention. some will tell you to run higher test and higher deca but start small you can always go up. They say eq will give you harder gains and deca will give you bigger gains. But my experience is deca is the only way to go. I stay hard and get jacked. You hear Monday morning will be in the mid 60's around here. I'm going to have to wear a coat to work. lol...
 
You guys will get a kick outta this I told a guy at my gym what I was doing (as in my AI,HCG, AAS, and PCT) and he literally told me "you ar a moron you wasted all the money you spent except for the testE" when I asked him what He did to prevent gyno he said and I quote "only chics get that" lol Then he told me I should just do a Dbol cycle for my firsties ??? Do people really do dbol by itself?

Dude I literally teared up when the weather guy said we "might reach 85 for the high and mid 60's for the low!!!!

Now remember I do not want my wife giving me the whole "your too damm big" speach. I pretty happy with how cut I am I just want to come in at about 240 maybe?.? and really focus on that "he looks airbrushed" look lol

I have lots of before and after pics I am just a lil bit worried about posting them I live in a town where word gets around fast and I have some pretty unique tatts...and do not worrie I do not take my endocrine system lightly lol I will take more than enough time off I am planning for February for my nexties.
 
my wife started that speach with me and now a year later she's on a cycle of anavar and talking about doing a physique comp. you might just run another test cycle with some deca. leave the dbol out. Dbol is my best friend. I cant get to big. the bigger i am the harder they fall!! then take some time off the gear and work on maintaing what you have. Your diet can make or break you. If you gained 30lbs in 11 weeks I would almost bank on losing around 10 lbs. or so but thats 20 lbs bigger than you were 11 weeks ago.

Good work. I suggest keep it simple and if 500 test worked that good for a first then run it again for a second. EQ is weak and takes a lot to see a little. Deca is great and if you are careful with diet you won't look like a puff ball. Most guys hold a ton of water on deca because of diet and same with dbol.

Go with test at 500 and jump start it with dbol. Why move into to many things to fast. Your first cycle always seems to have the most drastic changes. Only add one compound at a time so either dbol or deca.

You will have to continue to eat big train hard but lower reps/work sets. No more then 45 minutes in the gym. Stay off the scale. Hopefully with the steps you have taken you won't crash during post cycle therapy (pct) but for some guys it hits hard and fast. I can't see a need for benzo's they will just bring you down more. If you crash basically you will have a lack of energy, motivation, libido, etc. Basically depression. Others feel fine. I've never had a real bad post cycle therapy (pct). Just keep your head in it and continue to work hard.

It sounds cliche to most people who don't know the east Texas area but it is soo true. People love to gossip and even though there are around 100k people in Tyler tx word travels like a bullet train around here lol.

I will take some measurments and post them ..If it were not for my ink I would have no problem posting pics. It is all about reasonable deny-ability.
