Good work. I suggest keep it simple and if 500 test worked that good for a first then run it again for a second. EQ is weak and takes a lot to see a little. Deca is great and if you are careful with diet you won't look like a puff ball. Most guys hold a ton of water on deca because of diet and same with dbol.

Go with test at 500 and jump start it with dbol. Why move into to many things to fast. Your first cycle always seems to have the most drastic changes. Only add one compound at a time so either dbol or deca.

You will have to continue to eat big train hard but lower reps/work sets. No more then 45 minutes in the gym. Stay off the scale. Hopefully with the steps you have taken you won't crash during post cycle therapy (pct) but for some guys it hits hard and fast. I can't see a need for benzo's they will just bring you down more. If you crash basically you will have a lack of energy, motivation, libido, etc. Basically depression. Others feel fine. I've never had a real bad post cycle therapy (pct). Just keep your head in it and continue to work hard.

I have read this before but so many guys recommend EQ that I have been looking into it . But as of late no one has anything good to say about it.

1 thing I should probably mention is I have some painful joints (not due to AAS) for the last couple of years does EQ help with that?

I am just about to start a cycle of test e 500mg and eq 500mg with a kick start of dbol.

From what i read the only real concern is watching your blood. It helps with collagen synthesis better than anything else and will help on those lean gains. Can't wait to start.

Props on your gains man. Hope i can be as strict as your were it sounds. Diet is where I struggle. It's a constant battle to find time to cook and eat like i should. That is the biggest factor though.
 
EQ won't help you be lean. That's a myth. I say it's weak because it seems most guys need 800-100mg to get the results you could from 400-500mg of deca. Deca would be great for your joints and that's part of the reason many guys use it. When you get into heavy weights it can hurt your joints. Deca seems to ease the pain.

I won't discourage you and if you want to try EQ then go for it because you may respond well to it. It a good drug when your lean because it brings out vascularity. EQ makes my BP to high and to me it's not worth the gains but I know a couple guys who really like it.

Just remember diet and training determine more than any drug will. If you have some bad joints give deca a shot.
 
Congrats on the cycle. By the way, I'm in DFW and this front just came through. It feels amazing outside. There's no 100 in the forecast! Now just bring on some rain!
 
I wanted to stay away from the 17nors for a bit but i had surgery on my shoulder so i wanted to take something that would help joints and collagen synthesis. Eq just kinda seemed right for me but i agree. Many people complain about high BP. I'm not taking to so much for the gains but for the help with the shoulder but I hope i see some gains too.

You guys will get a kick outta this I told a guy at my gym what I was doing (as in my AI,HCG, AAS, and PCT) and he literally told me "you ar a moron you wasted all the money you spent except for the testE" when I asked him what He did to prevent gyno he said and I quote "only chics get that" lol Then he told me I should just do a Dbol cycle for my firsties ??? Do people really do dbol by itself?



Dude I had to comment on this. I too live in ET , close to Tyler and work out there often. I had a guy at one of the local gyms tell me that be buys his PCT from a local supplement store. He assured me that's all you need after a cycle and it's the real deal because it says " post cycle therapy" on the bottle.

Diet was my struggle as well. For the first 3 weeks I only took in like 3500-4000 calories a day (not near enough) And I had to force myself to eat breakfast. I had no problem with the workouts I am married and lead a pretty boring life so the gym is my getaway lol. I will tell you however when the testE starts to kick in and you start gaining your appetite will go through the roof (mine did). I now eat 5 times a day 6 am 2 cups of oats 2 bananas, 10 am fruit and like 6-8 oz of turkey or 3 eggs (whatever i am feeling that day), 12 pm 2 cups of broc with lemon and 2 chicken breasts ( usually grilled) 4 pm watermelon a little cheese and usually some kind of carb like rice or pasta, 7pm as much as i can eat lol!!!! When I started eating like this the gains really started to pile on!!

This being my first cycle (and from research I new that the test took about 3 wks to kick in but I was still skeptical) I thought all of those bad thoughts for the first 4 wks when I really did not see any major gains Did I get bunk oil?, am I doing things wrong?, maybe it wont work on me? lol but by the fifth week all my fears went away and the gain came rollin in . I can see why guys get "addicted" I just have such a massive sense of well-being!! I wont lie I am dreading my PCT but gotta do it...thats what I keep telling myself!

let me guess the guy has a crew cut looks to be retaining about 20lbs of water and loves to end each sentence with the word BRO?

The guy I am talking about came up to me 2 nights ago at the gym and said "BRO!! you look HUGE you do that dbol I told you about" and before I could walk away from him he launched into all the wonders of not using test and how he NEVER cycled of of dbol ......Nice guy just somewhat retarded

I even tried to get him to come to this forum to help him with what he called "the unavoidable water retention from dbol and deca"and he told me that "all those forum guys try to do is get you to spend money on shit you don't need" and went on to say "test just makes the bloat worse" lol


well as they say you can lead a horse to water........
 
That's funny!! It must be a different guy, he said he was on an OTC prohormone or some crap that was gonna put 15-20 lbs of muscle on him in 4-6 weeks. That's when I ended the conversation and continued my workout.

I am starting the 4th week of a test/Deca/dbol cycle. Reading your earlier post really has me looking forward to the "kick in" of the test and Deca. I have seen some good strength gains from the dbol, I am very excited for the rest of the cycle.

And this weather is the shit, except for the wind.
 
Yeah the wind BLOWS.... but the temp is a god send



wk 5-8 were just amazing I felt(and still feel) super human!!! watch out though all my research has shown that this is prolly the most common time for injury i.e. conective tissue damage. I would recomend NOT "maxing out" this is no time to see how much weight you can jack up.

I am a rookie but I studied this stuff like it was a mid-term exam!!! I do not pretend to be an expert but I know when my tendons are getting too overloaded. Just be careful and don't go crazy!
 
Now look you have brought all of us Texans together. good job. Whoever says they're from the dfw area it's a great place. I lived in Dallas for 29 years and then in North Richland Hills for a few and now East Texas!! Love the country.

I try to be very conscious of the weight I am lifting as I have been dealing with tendinitis in both elbows for a while and can't seem to get rid of it. Really sux

I have lived here for 30 of my 31 years in ET and it does have its down sides like the heat, but you cannot beat the upsides, like our hot ass women!!!:smoker:

I was actually born in Austin which is a great area too. My wife is from Big Spring Tx and I make fun of her by saying she came from the butt hole of Tx lol

Going great I look good, feel good, and eat everything in sight!!!


I have put on 4 more lbs and my biceps are aproaching a full 1 1/2 in gain in circumference!!! I feal huge.
