Well, I am up 29 pounds and i am on my 3rd week of PCT... here's the breakdown of my 14 week cycle.

Stats: 32 years old, 5'8, 14% BF prior to cycle... weight was 190 pounds prior to cycle.. weight after is 219.

Gear:
Test E @ 250 mg twice a week... weeks 1-14
Aromasin @ 12.5 mg daily .... weeks 1-14
Aromasin @ 25 mg daily during PCT
HCG 5000 twice a week .. weeks 1-14
HCG 5000 Blast for 10 days prior to PCT
Clomid & Nolva during post cycle therapy (pct) 50/50/50/50..20/20/20/20

Pinning:
1st shot was to the glutes with a 23g 1.5 inches and i bled for a bit, no pain.
2nd shot was to the quads and I FELL IN LOVE, 25g with 1 inch, then 23g 1.5 inches...and i literally never looked back.


Diet:
My diet was posted a while back.
was aiming for 40% 40% 20%, had to adjust along the way as the weight went up.
I tried to keep my diet as clean as possible but i still gotta work on that weakness to certain foods.

Training:
Lifting 4 times a week with one day of cardio and one day off

Side effects:
Nothing major thank God... got the common cold twice, some lower back pain... but nothing other than that.
My libido shot thru the roof as i wanted to hump anything that walked.

Other Notes:
** Added some Fat to my belly (i fucking hate it especially now that the summer is here), but i guess it comes with the territory.. i should have cleaned up my diet more, i know.
** Test kicked in around week 8-9 for me, that's wen i felt major aggression in the gym...even though my libido was up by week 2-3.
** Overall feeling was good... besides that dumb feeling during PCT.

Final Thoughts:
I joined this forum as i was researching the oral steroid Beastdrol, and everyone here advised me not to go for it,and i thank God that took their advice... As i kept on researching, i realized the amount of damage i could have done had i taken Beastdrol.

my final advice is for the 1st timers: READ, READ, and once you think you have read enough, READ some more... Ask questions and do your research.

Yep good job - stay away from the prohormones , they are worse for you than real gear (but I think you know that...)

I noticed you said you had 2 colds during your cycle , thats weird because I never get colds , I"m talking none in at least over 10 years , yet here I am 4 weeks into a test only cycle with a head cold ....anyone else ?? And is there a direct connection ?? ~Bo
 
Ology didn't do it bro you dud it. Your the one eating and training like a beast. Not us. Keep it up bro.
 
thank you all for the support... i did go through hell to get it done...at times after the last rep,i wanted to get a sludge hammer and beat the shit outta all the machines in the gym.

As far as staying lean... No, i put it on some fat.. ya i know. i tried to keep it as clean as possible but, every now and then, i get some nasty ass craving and i go off course.

I am going to wait a couple of weeks after post cycle therapy (pct) and get my blood work done, if all good, will start a cutting cycle.

I know the gains were great and i couldn't have been happier... it's just that thought in the back of my head that keeps saying "Lose the extra fat, Lose the extra fat" yet i know how bad it is to drop the calories at this stage.

That's some excellent results. For all the experienced people here ...what would be a realistic expectation of these type of gains after a cycle? Can 90%-80% of the gains be kept months after completion?
