squat 365 is highest i've ever tried

bench have done 365x2 but tore my rotator cuff and mostly do dumbbells since

been blast n cruising for a year.. mostly cruising but just starting a monster blast til aug or sept. sust 750mg, eq 800mg per week.

Purpose of this log is my workouts so I stay focused. For a long time now I have been just focused on squat and deadlift. My last workout today is a perfect example:

pull 225x5, 315x1, 405x1, 455x1, 495xfail
db bench 75x15, 100x12, 100x10x2

and thats it. It's usually deads, but sometimes squats and I throw in a couple exercises of a bodypart. I just get like a natural high from deads and squats and 'the little' exercises don't do it for me. I haven't lifted arms in years. My buddy/chiro is all over me because several times I thought I got a hernia from pulling when really it was just a abdonimal strain from my core being way behind and not lifting abs. It is tough with work and playing a lot of softball (pretty serious). But I won't let that be an excuse. Will get some kind of split together and will try to hit every bodypart like twice a week or so.

GOALS:
240lbs
pull 495
squat 405
bench 365 and 120db for 10
kill this lil baby gut I got going on
stick to this and keep it updated
