THE BEGINNERS GUIDE TO STEROIDS AND PROPER NUTRITION by 3J

Is sarms vitamins steroids?
no such thing as far as I know,
sarms or Selective androgen receptor modulators or SARMs are a novel class of androgen receptor ligands. They are intended to have the same kind of effects as androgenic drugs but be much more selective in their action, allowing them to be used for more uses than the relatively limited legitimate uses of anabolic steroids.

Hi all. New here. I'm 53 - working out hard - lifting, cardio, martial arts.... on a low-carb diet. I keep getting in better shape, gaining muscle, endurance going up, etc. Everything is going good, but no matter what I do, I can't lose my stomach fat. Everywhere else on my body that isn't muscle is losing fat. That's good. But just not much at all on my stomach. I've never done steroids before, but researching it seems like maybe a cycle of Winstrol or something like that might help out. Not looking to take anything long-term, but just get me to lose some of that and then I think I should be able to keep it off. I welcome your thoughts and experience.
