I have not kept good records I am 8 weeks into cycle.

1-12 weeks QV test enanthate 500mg per week.
I will start listing process tomm.

I am currently
5 10'
185
32 years old
 
OOPS I forgot I was supposed to keep track of my workout and gains

05/11/04
Bench - 215 5 times 2 sets
Incline - 180 5 times 2 sets
Dips weighted 35lb sets 6 times
Dips not weighted 2 sets 10
Upright rows - 100 lb 2 sets 5 times

I have decided to stop cycle early 8th week. TODAY. Will start back up in 8 weeks. I have had great results.


I am using pullinbig routine I have had great results.

I hurt back for a week. I dropped last bottle of QV on floor. i was due to inject yesterday. I do have Cyp from IP just got yest. Im thinking about using CYP for rest of 4 weeks.
 
i say go for it bro, 8 weeks is a little short, especially if your making good gains why not continue?

05/14/04 Off Day , my back is sore ass hell from deads. Shoulders are pumped. Feeling good.

U know how it takes about 3-4 wks for enanthate to kick in. If u start Cyp...is it gonna take that long to kick in or do u think itll pick up right wher the enanthate left off. I know theyre very similar but theyre still two different compounds.

Im thinkin itll pick up right where the enan. left off but im not sure.

Tired as Hell - Pullinbig routine
I have gained ever week.

I had to stop cycle 8 weeks in. Will start post cycle therapy (pct) on 05/19-04
 
05/18/04 Workout

I did a Max on bench today at 230 x 1

I did not feel like woking out today but did.

I personally have not tried it. I have heard mixed things about it though. Some people say it is a good company, some say its underdosed and shit. Some fakes around also. Your call though.

DADAWG , when I started this pullinbig routine, I was box squatting more than I was squatting. I just strained a muscle in my midback and Im trying to let it heal. Then start more weight.

i really like box squats myself . even when i want to do a conventional squat i some times leave the box there so that when i first feel the box i know im at parallel and i explode up then instead of relaxing at the bottom in a conventional box squat
