My back is a mess from the DEADS, I will stop until back is 100%.
 
forget the deads, it seems like that injury may hender the rest of your workout. i'm in my thirties and if i hurt it i move on to what's feeling good. i like to throw some deca in there for my old joints, it makes a big difference to me. i also try to go up in weight almost every work out even if i can't get it i try to expose my muscles to something heavier each time. good luck
