That is so great just like they say if you dont squat your not shit
 
Hell yeah I like this. Heavy squats are a huge part of my workout routines. Can't wait for friday doing reverse band box squats for a 3-5 rm. People in my gym always stare when I stack 4-5 plates on each side.

trying to cheat, these sissy workouts he'd do.

laughing as he snatched another plate from the stack
chalking his hands and monstrous back,

Quick question, do you guys wrap your knees when you squat?? Been having some knee problems lately that prevent me from squatting heavy (over 365) Thinking about trying the wraps.

I did when I competed in powerlifting. I don't compete anymore for one rep max, so I don't wrap anymore.

I also don't have a spotter available on my squat day
so I don't go heavy enough to need wraps.

I did love wraping my knees when I did it tho. I'd say wrap em if it helps you to go a little heavier.and eases the knee pain.
