The most MIND BLOWING KETOSIS results ever! Before and after at 20 year old!

So people I haven't posted in a while, but I felt that my friends results and methods should be shared.

I didn't know anything about KETO and i've been up and down in my weight but always pretty fit. The day he walked into the gym, everything changed. Everybody looked at him like a superhero because he was extremely shredded. Little did I know that he hadn't lifted a weight ever until a year prior, he's 20 years old, and he's all natural!

He did the CKD diet for about 6 months on and off. Somewhat strict but a lot of carb ups. His friends said they went to Texas for two months and when they came back they couldn't even RECOGNIZE him. That's how crazy his transformation was.

He did the CKD but for two months he did strict strict KETO...he believed in harnessing energy not from high amounts of fat but energy supplements....which it pretty smart and healthier....it's all in your mind if you think about it.

His supplementation was:
Oxy Elite 2 pills ED
GNC creatine hydrochloride
CLA
Optimum nutrition gold standard whey two scoops for mid day meal and one scoop for last meal with casein
Optimum nutrition casein with one scoop of whey last meal
Fish oil

His diet was pretty much like this:
4 meals at about 50g of protein each.....less than 15g or carbs a day and lots of water....and diet coke haha

Meal 1: 4 whole eggs, 6 pieces of bacon or a turkey patty, some cheese.
Meal 2: ON whey protein 2 scoops
Meal 3: any type of meat coming out to 50g of protein with any topping like cheese, sour cream, etc
Meal 4: ON whey one scoop and ON casein one scoop 3 hrs prior to bed...

He did this for TWO months and while he was decently lean from doing his CKD with weekend carb ups, this period put him at low low body fat...and to do this naturally is AMAZING

Let's not forget he's gifted genetically, BUT if he was really that gifted than why wasn't he in decent shape before he started lifting weights since he played soccer.

I'm pretty much convinced most can achieve this with the right discipline.

I'll post my KETO results in another thread! Only difference is i'm going to throw in a CYCLE!

Here are his extreme before an after pics. I talked to him about competing and taking some juice(OMFG) but he's really wrapped up in school and church to the point where he hasn't been to the gym in months....sucks but that's life.

Well his results can still motivate us because the proof is in the pudding!!!

Before....Beginning of 2011...never lifted a weight before

I'm sorry bro..... but you're telling me he packed on so much muscle on a deficit with no carbs... and he did it naturally?

He's taking creatine, and creatine on its own should prevent him from showing so much vascularity, at least from my experience.

I may be wrong, but I don't think this is natural. Especially the trap development in a lifter who's only been lifting 1 year in his life.

Woah woah, I'm natural... Naturally injecting steroids into my body. I tell everyone creatine ripped me up too.

I'm natural lol. Delta what's up!!! Lol a random google search about radical ketosis transformations brought me here. Imagine my surprise lol. But yes, everything OP posted is true. I did make that transformation in a year absolutely natural. Believe it if you or be a skeptic. It matters not. I've always been extreme with everything I do never having managed to find that elusive virtue of temperance. I started keto with the same mindset. I was pretty stocky before I started but I did build a significant amount of muscle on the diet in spite of low carbs. What OP didn't mention was that I was doing insane volumes. My routine would be considered overtraining by many people but it worked phenomenally for me. That's the genetics factor. I also employed a veritable arsenal of natural supps, fat burners, different types of creatine, high quality protein, and biotin lol. Cruz nice skin makes your muscle look much prettier, wouldn't you agree lol. Anyway, kinda gone to seed now because of the stress of church & school but still have a lot of muscle. Body fat just not what it used to be. Going back on KD. Strictly ketogenic. Refeeds only when I feel like it. There's really no method to my madness. I just get my 1gm/1lb of protein in religiously, eat moderate fats and train my but off while utilizing supps to offset the energy loss from low carbs. A lot of mental discipline too. My body adapted very quickly to the diet though & the carb cravings & fatigue left permanently. I was stronger actually lol. Like a well oiled machine. Anyways. I'll post some pictures up of how I look now, then check me out again in about 3 months. I'll make a neophyte out of you yet lol. Delta! Hit me up man. I lost your number.

Ya Im natural too....i worked out for 13 years and have gained more off 2 cycles in a year and a half than in the previous 13 years but i must admit much better diet and no alcohol or drugs well u know :0

*Sigh*I've been on enough bodybuilding forums to accept the disbelief & inevitable sardonic remarks that a person who claims to have built an impressive physique in a relatively short amount of time without juice is subject to. I know it's unavoidable but damn! It's immensely exasperating. If only you could've seen the hours I put in the gym rep after rep, every disgusting bite of week old chicken because I didn't have time to cook while studying for exams, watching family members gorge themselves on every calorie dense, carb suffused delight known to mankind, while the best I could do was choke down some appetite suppresing pills so I wouldn't succumb to the incessant cravings smh. Lol can't wait till I achieve my natural goals and THEN throw in a little extra to exceed my genetic limitations. You'll see what a real juiced up African looks like.

?????
What are you sorry about? He might have done some shrugs, and has good genetics. But what's unbelievable? People gain ridiculous amounts of muscle in their initial year? Rich Gaspari- 100 lbs. in 12 months. BEFORE CREATINE! And sure, it could have been fat and water except it was Rich Gaspari, and fat and water just weren't his thing. Also steroid free, but at about the same age where test levels can be very high. You need not apologize, though. And fat is generally the culprit if vascularity is a problem. I just mean for most of the population.
