The old first cycle question...

Sorry guys, but I need some advice on whether the following is a decent first cycle. My knowledge is still a little limited on such things....

OK, I've been doing some research and I'm thinking about taking the following for a first cycle:

Weeks 1 - 10
500mg Test
250mg Decca

Weeks 14 - 16
Clomid starting 100mg/day down to 50mg day

About me.
Age 37
Height 5'10"
Weight 91KG
Between 10 > 12% Body Fat

Most of the time my diet is good, although could be cleaner some of the time. I train 5 times a week on a 2 day on 1 off split, seperating and training all body parts in the course of the week. Most of my training consists mainly of compound exercises with some isolations.

I'm now just looking for that little bit more. I've sampled Pro-hormones in the past 12 months and have got some half decent gains.

If anyone's available to offer up any advice on my cycle, it will be greatfully received.

Test only for your first cycle.

1-10 Test E (I would recommend 12 weeks)
Pct start 2 weeks after your last injection.

Drop the Deca, theres a thread thats pretty hard to miss if you do your research as you claim. See how your body reacts to the test and what sides you may encounter. Deca is a whole new beast and instead of estrogen related problems you can encounter progesterone/prolactin problems. If you have never ran either of these before how will you know what is causing what. Run the test save the deca for next time if you already have it..
 
straight test for your first cycle weeks 1-12 500mg/week split into two 250mg injections. have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand for bloat. post cycle therapy (pct) run the clomid 100/100/50/50. eat big, train hard.
 
listen to these guys , test only is the healthiest thing you can do for a first cycle, you'll feel awesome, you'll feel alpha as hell and run it 12 weeks, it starts getting good around week 8
 
Yeah, like they say.... And Deca would be under dosed and a waste of money at that pace no? But I'm jus all for maple syrup and kdinner so don't quote me on that! Red and White will be strong and free..lol.
 
Sounds like natural gains are still
possible if prohormone samples seemed
interesting. Continue to do research on nutrition and training. Ask around, be specific, someone will know.
