The quickest road back??

let's assume that someone did drink 5 or 6 beers and two huge mixed drinks, pigged out on chips and cookies in a drunken rage and then went to bed.

What is the quickest road back to maximum body efficiency? I almost never drink and now since my BF is so low I decided to have a cheat evening at this block party i was at after 5 clean months with no cheats. I went way overboard. I am up at 8:45 and ready to go run a couple miles. I imagine that will help get me back to normal but is there anything else to maximize recovery? I am not on cycle and in week 4 of post cycle therapy (pct) so estrogen is effectively blocked.
 
Do whatever puts your mind at ease but i dont think one of cheating is gonna kill ya or your hard work. Try to rehydrate your body from the drinking.

I just finished my runa a little while ago and now I am thinking about my diet today. i think I may limit carbs today. How long does it take for the body to burn thru that amount of alcohol?
 
Antioxidents will help ya out, if you know you might cheat again take them before you drink and then before you go to bed and when you get up. I quit drinking myself but I've perscribed this to my girlfriend and she thinks it works.
