i remeber talking to a guy "huge guy" and i was talking abot 5x5 routines but he reccomended the 5x15 , he owns a gym in essex but i may try that ,m alot of people wont do 5x15 because its hard but i want too see what the results i get while on cycle
 
if you want a good cardio program, wrestle lol!

I know everyone doesnt know how, but i have been wresling since my freshman year of high school, I wrestle 2x a week and am adding some decent size and staying decently cut.
Works for me anyway.
