the shitz is ruining my life,lol ,im getting around 320 grms of protien a day ,with 3 protien shakes never 1 after ! . this problem is only a couple of days a week but is a pain in the ass cos i just get a bit of a sore stomach but i go from being fine to needing a shit in seconds it don,t matter i am in a club with the girlfriend i have to go,no joke if i hung on for five minuites i would shit myself I could,nt count the amount of times ive shit road side on the way to work .PLEASE help guys this is getting beyond a funny
