Whats up everyone. I am 39 , 5'10 160lbs. I have been working out naturally my whole life and want to do a cycle to get me over this hump . I have what most would say is a good beach body. I am ripped and have good shape. Problem is when I am dressed I just look like a skinny guy. I have a cal intake of 4000-4500 . I work out three on /one off plus play ball all year. I was in the Marine Corp and am dedicated to fitness and diet. I know that I will never be a large man on one cycle but its in my head and I am figuring it will help me more than hurt. From what I have read I should do Test as my first cycle. Since I do not intend for there to be another cycle,( i know , I am kidding myself, but thats the plan) is test still the way to go. Someone local suggested Decca. Is that a better way to go? Do I need anything post cycle? Also One cycle , am I wasting my time? Thanks.
