Whats up everyone. I am 39 , 5'10 160lbs. I have been working out naturally my whole life and want to do a cycle to get me over this hump . I have what most would say is a good beach body. I am ripped and have good shape. Problem is when I am dressed I just look like a skinny guy. I have a cal intake of 4000-4500 . I work out three on /one off plus play ball all year. I was in the Marine Corp and am dedicated to fitness and diet. I know that I will never be a large man on one cycle but its in my head and I am figuring it will help me more than hurt. From what I have read I should do Test as my first cycle. Since I do not intend for there to be another cycle,( i know , I am kidding myself, but thats the plan) is test still the way to go. Someone local suggested Decca. Is that a better way to go? Do I need anything post cycle? Also One cycle , am I wasting my time? Thanks.
 
I d say 500 test e a week. 1 compound only to start..
Anti e like aromasine in case you bloat to bad or other shit...gyno..
12 weeks....or 16.
Chlomid for pct..or nolvadex..imo.

Pills or injection? Could I get an idea from someone on a schedule and when do I start clomid , at the end of cycle or after? Need as much info as possible please. Thank you.
 
Injections...250mg on monday and 250 on thursday. run that for 12 weeks or longer if u want. and then wait 2-3 weeks AFTER YOUR LAST SHOT to start you post cycle therapy (pct). I Run the Pct at 100/50/50/50 with clomid... and 40/40/20/20 for nolva.
 
Sure...get INJECTABLE test e..it s available with the sponsor.
Get some syringes as well..25 gauge 1 inch 3 cc ..get those easy to..Walgreens CVX..etc..or on line if that freak s you out.
Take 250 on Monday, on Thursday..for 12-14 weeks. Get 30 cc s to make sure ur good to go...
You can get chlomid from the same place...start after 2 weeks after your last shot....
Aromasine is easy to find as well...if you need it..better to have it and not need it.
Look into hcg..read..you can get that easy as well....
 
That seems like a plan. And for that comment " just eat something" . I came back from boot 119 lbs. I work my ass off to gain. My metabolism is just so fast. Also my body can only hold so much food and protein shakes before i just shit it all out. I started off as a skeleton and should be happy where I am at. Its hard to see all these younger guys working out maybe a year making me look like I just started. I have a ten year old who is an unbelievable athlete and it just sucks to know in the back of my mind that if he is to get anyplace as an athiete when he is older he most likely will have to resort to this also. I don t believe that comment was directed at you and if it was..fuk it. I can lose 4 pound s with a cold over the weekend as well..my avi is me eating EVERYTHING IN SIGHT BRO. I struggle to eat enough..and shit 2-3 time s a day...it s a curse..but we ll be in shape forever not fat fukkers so...PM me I ll hook you up.
