The time is finally here!!

I have been off and out of the gym for 14 months, as my wife and I had a child and I had SIS (Shoulder Inpingement Syndrome), which I have under control now. Well its time for me to get back into the gym and get back to business!

Stats:

Age - 30 :bawling:
Height - 6'3"
Weight - 252lbs @ 24%BF:bawling:
Arms - 17.5"
Chest - 44"
Waist - 38" :bawling: :bawling: Sympathy weight for my wife...LOL

I am on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) so, I will not going through a post cycle therapy (pct). I will be using HCG throughout at 500ius every Saturday and Sunday, as I am using it with my HRT.

I will be using 200mg 3x a day of r-ALA, and NAC throughout to protect my liver, along with a Multi, Fish Oil, CLA, and Green Tea.

Week 1 to 30: 2ius GH 5 on or 2 off
Week 1 to 8: 50mg of Proviron ED
Week 1 to 5: 25mcg T3 ED
Week 1 to 8: 60mg of Anavar ED
Week 1 to 8: 2 servings of Syntrax Swole V2 or SAN V12 ED
Week 9 to 20: .5mg of A-dex EOD
Week 10 to 20: 50mg of Proviron ED
Week 9 to 13: 35mg of D-bol ED
Week 9 to 15: 12.5mcg T3 ED
Week 9 to 18: 600mg of Cyp
Week 9 to 18: 500mg of EQ Clone (200mg of B/U and 50mg BA)
Week 19 to 30: Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) 100mg of Test along with 300ius of HCG every Sat and Sun

Goals:
I hope to gain 20lbs of LBM. This should keep me at about the same weight, but the BF% should be in the 12-14% range.

I am excited!

I will be starting this by July 1st.

NOTE: I have been training for close to 8 years, and I have about 15 cycles under my belt. This cycle looks complicated, but it really isnt. This cycle is not for everyone.
 
theres a old saying . if your gonna jump , jump with both feet :D
are you gonna run Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) dose of test week 1-8 , if not i would suggest it .
 
I would think it better to hit the gym natural (just normal HRT) until you reach a plateau or barrier. Coming back from a 14 month layoff should produce drastic results on its own. Just my .02.
 
your first 8 weeks are only anavar, proviron, and t3 up to week 5. why are you doing it like that?

I have been in the gym part time for a month. I am taking the anavar with creatine, to ease my way in. It will help repair and get me through the work outs better. The growth will be there regardless.

So basically I will be training for 3 months before I actually start the real portion of the cycle.

HRT doses of test will be in the first 8 weeks.

I am also taking the var for motivation. If I know I am on "something" it will get me to the gym on a more regular basis!

The t3 is to speed up protien synthesis and start to get rid of some fat!

You need at least 6 IU's (better 8-10) of GH /day. Why no injectable test weeks 1-9? Sounds more like a cutting cycle than a bulker.
 
Looks good, but I'd scrap it. Take M1T and PGH instead, and if you're a real nut like me, throw in some NO2. It's the cycle of the future - this is not for everybody ;)

This is not meant to be a flame, but lets agree that everyone is different. 6ius might work good for you, but I have taking 2 ius on 3 different occassions and have been thrilled with the fat loss. But thanks for the input.
 
I would have gone totally natty for 6 months after so much OFF time.
But good luck to u and keep us posted of the results and get some before photos up!
 
THIRTY!!! Whoa!! When I saw your first posts you were mid 20's, God you got old fast.

You've got a good plan. There are some much better fat burning supplements that could make the whole thing a lot faster and easier though. :)

It has been a long time that went by so fast!!

I am on T-rex now, with R-ala, and Guggle.

What elso would you recomend??

Ease it back in slowly or you are bound to pull/tear something.

I know all about it. I am way past the need to throw up big weight just because i can.

I train much easier, but still intense!

What is wrong with the low dose of T3??

Again, its just to speed up protien synthesis, and to help with the lowered T3 levels I will get on the GH....


Although we dont see eye to eye on post cycle therapy (pct), I would still like your input on other subjects...LOL

well it depends on the brand of GH, the newer brands (kexing, jintropin and others) you need a lot less to get the same results. most guys that go above 6 or more from Jin get CT so bad they can't train.
