Ok everyone. Im sick of people thinking you need body building doses of Tren to get a great physique.

I am going to run test tren only

starting weight 210 lbs. body fat is about 14-16%

Im not looking to get sliced and diced.

I am going for what 99% of men want to look like but always fall short because they want the gear to do all the work and dont work their asses off in the gym.

cycle as follows

100mg test prop

250 mg Tren Ace

6.25 to 12.5 mg aromasin if needed. ( I can smell test and get gyno)

Caber .25 mg E3D starting week two or three ( I can usually tell by masturbation and sexual function when to take this)

Sorry for the shitty first picture. I didnt realize it was that bad until it posted! But you get the idea. I am 210 and 14-16% i would say. If you think otherwise than just fuckin say it. I know you prolly gonna have all kinds of shit to say anyway. I been off the sauce for a year. Last cycle was in May 2015!

Ill update weekly. Im not gonna be on here every day posting shit looking for comments.

Ill keep a weekly log of food work outs etc. Prolly post a few vids because if not people wont believe shit you say!

Current lifting stats natural are as follows

275x5 on bench 5 sets

315x5 on squat 5 sets

425x5 on dead 5 sets

135x15 on standing military press 5 sets

EZ bar curl (2) 45lb plates x 15 for a few sets.

Just the basics.

But gives you an Idea of where I am

I would say that you are much closer to 14% than 16% the abs are definetely noticable.

Here's the problem, your goals aren't necessarily the same as mine, or someone else's. I personally want to get as big as possible, before I can't lift like a mad man anymore.

You also don't state what your cycle history is either, which can make a huge difference too. Guys just starting out with AAS will ALWAYS (assuming all things being equal) have better gains on a mg per mg basis.

I really like your approach, but blanket statements are kind of silly. :)

Ive done 8 cycles with test and tren.
several low test high tren.
equal test tren and high tren low test.
masteron test tren.
Test only for first few.
I just prefer less gear because as soon as i come off I go back to around 210 lbs and everyone knows I was juicing. last cycle was 200 mg test prop 500 mg masteron prop and 750 mg tren ace pinned ED for 12 weeks.

I got up to 238lbs and was smashing personal records. I got laid off from work at the end of my cycle. Did my PCT and took a break. I love tren and masteron. I found that after 8 weeks the aas stops having great effects so less is more.

If i run longer I gotta up the tren so high that I just get aggression vs muscle. Im gonna try to run a quick 12 week cycle for summer at low doses and see what happens
 

This is 6 weeks test prop only at 350 mg per week! I have fairly good results off aas but after the 8-12 week mark i plateau so I either add more test or another compound starting weight was 196 and ended at 210. Kept all the gains. have been around 210 except while on tren. Might buy some HGh.. Im tired of the ups and downs of aas
 
4 1/2 weeks

body fat down slightly

7 1/2 weeks left

Bumped aromasin up slightly due to gyno from hcg

Calories around 2800

going into week 6 I will increase caloric intake and try to bump up to 215 lbs by weeks end

currently sitting at 212
12-13%
