I know a good clean diet and some cardio to keep bf low so you can seem them abs and its a muscle and if you want to build muscle you have to have high intensity low reps heavy weight weighted crunches hanging leg lifts all that good stuff but some guys abs are HUGE and buldging. would you say some aas to build muscle you think just long term training to build those puppys or are they cycling peptides and hgh to get them abs huge. Whats you guys think? just curious
