Hey guys and girls, I've been here for a while, i just don't post a lot, but i read up daily on different opinions. Got a question for you.
I currently am trying to drop from about 13 to 9ish percent body fat, mostly around the gut area. I cardio 2 times per 7 day cycle, and lift 6 days out of a 7 day cycle, and 1 day of rest.
Anyways, I was looking into supps like ephedrine, yohimburn, trex, but from what i heard they all show up on drug tests, and im in the Navy, so i cant afford for somethign like that to happen. Question is, do they show up, which one would be recommended, or if they do show up, is there something effective that wont show up.
If these help at all, current stats.
Age 18 (19 in 1 month)
Height 69"
Weight 191 lbs
Waist 34"
Stomach 36" <=====
Chest 44"
Shoulders 52"
Cook all my own meals clean food, ~200g protein(100ish from shakes), 2500 cals a day, taking creatine mono, and sometimes NO before sessions. Exercising for 1.5 years, heavy lifting for last 7 months.
