Ditto! it's the best way for the money! ..and it works. It takes some time so don't get all bent if you don't see anything first week or two but once it kicks in, it just melts.

alright well im new to mixing my own, how much do i mix and all that?

ephedrine seems like a bitch to buy here in the states. expensive and you can only buy small amounts at a time. some of the sites require a photo copy of your drivers license too.

any other good thermos you guys recomend?
