Hello guys getting everything in place for my cycle can u take a look see what you think . And just to let you know I've been training 8 years and ive my diet is very good this is my cycle . I know the doseges are low but I'm not looking to get massive

12 week cycle :

12 weeks test e 300-400 mg a week not decided yet

Week 1-4 dbol 25 mg a day because that is the mg of tabs

Week 1-4 Armidex 0.50 eod

Week 4-12 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500ius a week split into 2 shots

PCT 14 days after last test shot is as follows

clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 20/20/20/20
Daa 2mg a day


Ok so there it's is guys . Is there anything you would add or take away
Also is there any vitamins that shud be taken . Thanks for looking

Also like to add that In my previous post I didn't put pics . I just give my stats and there was some people saying I was to light to take steriods ?
 
I would run the test @500/week, save the dbol for the next cycle, and drop the adex to 0.25
 
If you want a bloat on, and don't mind that, by all means but, your gains don't really stick around with the dbol..

Looking great already bro, youve got a great foundation to work off of. I would up the test to 400-500mg/wk as a minimum split in 2 pins so for example 250mg on Monday and 250mg on Thursday or something.

Dbol is effective at 25mg/day but consider splitting some of the tabs and do 1.5tabs/day for ~37.5mg/day and take it all at once a few hours 1-3 before your workout. .5mg/EOD maybe enough to combat estrogen while on the dbol but you may need to go .5mg/ed. Just keep an eye out for sides of estrogen.

You still need adex even after you stop the dbol bc test aromatizes as well. Go down to .25-.5mg/EOD and get mid cycle bloods to adjust the dosage between wks 6-10. You should get bloods done before, during, and after the cycle as well. It's cheap and will give you important info for your health and recovery. Also you might need to donate blood from elevated HCT/RBC.

YOUR Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) use looks good but start it from day 1 to end of wk 12 or up to 4days BEFORE post cycle therapy (pct).

14-18days is the typical waiting period to start pct after las pin.

Don need 100mg clomid for the first 2 wks. 50/50/25/25 or 50/25/25/25 is fine. If you want you could frontless the first wk at 100mg for 100/50/25/25. Bump up Nolva to 40/40/20/20 or 40/20/20/20. DAA isn't as important as believed. It may make a good OCT compound but it won't do too much to help for post cycle therapy (pct). I would DEFinitely add NAC to your cycle. (N-acetyl cysteine spelling?). It has many benefits but the big one for you is liver protection. It's a precursor to glutathione which is one of the most potent antioxidants in the body and it will help protect your liver. While on the dbol run 1800-2400mg/day of NAC and when you drop the dbol go down to 1200mg/day NAC WHILE on cycle. When off cycle you can keep NAC at 600mg/day. Most important vitamins/supps IMO would be creatine (5g/day), a good B12 vitamin, D3, fish oil or flaxseed oil

What are your full stats including age, weight, height, etc? And as German said, dbol will bloat you lol but only temporarily
 
dbol may bloat you. only way to know is to try. i say try it next time if you want but figure out how test do your body by itself this time so you know how to react next time if new sides appear from the dbol. test only also gives you an idea of how your body reacts to test and how it feels throughout the whole process. if you want to do it the right way and are looking forward past this cycle or shit even the next one and the one after you will want to just start with the most basic of the basics which with the foundation you got especially if you crank up that intensity and frequency of workouts, big brah will have you feeling like a beast.
 
make sure you don't get regular oral b12 tabs, they are useless - your body wont absorb them.

Either get methlycobalamin sublinguals (must run these at 35x the dosage. i.e. if you want your body to absorb 1000mcg/wk b12 you need to take 35,000mcg sublingual a week.) or since you're already injecting just get some injectable b12

I bought mine from the vet.

I'm not sure but the laws could be different in the UK, where he's from. Anyway, yes injectable is much better choice but there's nothing wrong with getting the lozenges and Doing 5000mg/day. jarrows makes a good sublingual :)

Everything looks good! I'm impressed to see you've maximized your natural potential. Definitely a solid physique for not cycling yet. I wish teens would see this to show that you can produce a good physique naturally if you just pay your dues in the gym and the dinner table.. You'll bloat on the cycle more than likely, but I wouldn't worry about that. The bloat actually helps with strength. My first cycle was similar to that and I put on about 25lbs. Enjoy your gear run brother!
