things to notice???????

im on my 14th day of test enath. 400mgs weeks 1-12 i havent been as clean as i should on the diet the past 4 days but im back on track today also ive been drinking a lil more than i should, should i stop drinking altogether or how often would it be ok to drink, what should i start to notice on my cycle within the next upcomming weeks? thanks

Clean up the diet, stop drinking, and hydrate yourself aggressively. You should see gains in mass, strength, and libido (that was my experience on test only cycle).

Agreed!!!!



I am on Test Only and in the 3rd week is when I started to "feel it". Week 5 is when I saw the greatest strength gains.

I haven't gained much weight in the last bit so I might have to raise my calories some more, again.

I used to enjoy wine with dinner, and an occasional beer or mixed drink. As I've got more and more dedicated to fitness/bb, I've pretty much quit.

I'm not convinced that a single drink adds any significant liver stress, and such moderate drinking has been shown to be healthy.

However, alcohol does greatly inhibit protein synthesis. I can't recall where Fonz posted the study on this issue, but it was pretty convincing.
