Thinking about HRT

Hi fellas,
Been reading for a while, just now deciding to post. Been feeling like crap for a while, no energy, no libido, no gains in the gym (even though i lift 4 to 5 times per week), and weight gain/ major bloat going on in my mid section. Went to the Doc this past monday and got a blood test done, and my test level came back @ 212. I know that is really low, and probably the reason i have these symptoms. I've been strongly considering going with IMT for their services. I've talked to them and they seem knowledgable. My doc is just a general family doc, and openly admitted that her knowledge in hormone replacement therapy is very little. I mentioned past prohormone usage years ago when i really didn't know what i was doing as a possible cause, but she didn't think that would have caused it to be this low. I know there are some guys on here that use them and would just like some feedback. BTW, I'm 6'01"/ 239lbs / 31 years old.

From what I've seen pro hormones do different things to different people. They certainly are in the gray area in terms of what they do and the potential side effects that they can cause. Depending on how long you were on , what pro hormones you were using, and if you recovered properly could be a factor. Everybody responds differently. Hope this helps some.

First off, thank you very much for the response! My prohormone usage started when i was about 25. I started with a very nasty compound called Stakabol, which has 3 very strong compounds stacked together in it. I had no idea what the shit was, it was some stuff a guy gave me at my gym. I didn't run a post cycle therapy (pct). I later researched and learned the proper way to run ph cycles with proper liver support and serms for post cycle therapy (pct). Since my Stakabol mistake, i have since ran cycles of Tranazone, Epistane, Beastdrol, and Katanadrol with proper pct's. I just feel like that first cycle may have f'ed me up. That's why today i am the poster boy for trying to educate as many of these younger guys at my gym about ph cycles and their dangers. I also have a nagging feeling that i may have had low T my entire life, and i'm just now able to identify the symptoms and match them to a root cause. I dunno?

It would be hard to say if you levels are low from the first run of pro hormones and not following up with a recovery protocol or the combination of using all the different pro hormones over the years. More than likely its from a combination of everything. Anything oral is usually much harsher on the body especially when there is 3 different compounds stacked. It sounds like you might be a good candidate for Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) to optimize your levels.

I am 29 and my levels 6 months ago were 270, never touched a pro hormone so just naturally had low T.

IMT has been great. Test C is the greatest thing ever for me.....you will be happy.

We appreciate all the kind words!

Hey coldbeerz81-

Your numbers are very low and I would recommend the options IMT has to offer. They are extremely helpful and will go to any lengths to answer any and all questions. Todd is the man!

Stay safe bro!
Keep us updated...

Coldbeerz.

We will do the best we can to try to help with your hormone imbalances, ranging from trying to get your natural levels back to optimizing them. IMT's goal is to help people. Unfortunately, the HPTA normalization programs doesn't guarantee that the treatment will work because of various factors. Also, if your initial LH/FSH levels are low the treatment will have a lower success rate pointing towards primary hypogonadism.

preciate the input guys. I've decided from all of the positive feedback imt has gotten from this site that i am going to give them a go. I feel pretty good about it now. Daniel, i'll get the rest of my stuff to you this week. I've been super busy at work the past few days.
