I was recently in the hospital, and had to educate TWO RN's on how INSULIN of all things had to be done with regards to timing and dosages. Only to have an INTERNIST argue with me over what liver values mean what.
Seriously?
Yeah, I wasn't very popular with some - but God knows what they get away with when treating others. Thankfully I haven't been to an endo in awhile; those get painful when they want to discuss my TRT. Oiiiiiiiiiiiii.
Fuckin right!! Not even for TRT, this goes right across the board man.
You ever wonder why a doctor owns a 'practice'? Because they need to practice on what theyre doing as they dont know most times.
Yeah, my doctor said I do not need to monitor my E2 and that an AI is never needed on TRT. Depending on how low a test level you maintain, he could be right - but I feel much better in the 800s than I do in the 500s.
Were you the only one in the room? That may explain it!
Jk!
I guess I'm one of the lucky ones who has a pretty good doctor. When I say "pretty good", I mean he asks me how I'm feeling, and writes me a new prescription. Good for another 6 months.
