This Is How I'm Cutting

OK, usually in the morning i have 4 egg whites with one yoke and a couple slices of cheese. Maybe a slice of toast or couple packages of regular flavored instant oatmeal with nothing on it. couple hours later i have some tuna or chicken from a can. Lunch is usually the rest of the can chicken mixed with frozen veggies(cooked) with couple cheese slices and mixed with lettuce or without the lettuce. Then couple hours later i have some cottage cheese and crackers. Dinner is usually another form of lunch maybe with salmon and chicken. I also sometimes have a bowl of ceral with my eggs and lunch i sometimes have a cup of wheat pasta.

Ahh figured I should add some stats. 6'3" right now, and was 180 or so when I started. I'm down to about 178 now. Was 8-9% bodyfat, hope to get to 6% by March.

Im 5'6" , 195 lbs

what kind of cutting diet are you on here?

what ratios are you aiming for? do you know how many cals this comes to? totals of p/f/c?

this seems really low fat - EFA's are essential!!.

canned chicken? can't you buy the real stuff? that canned stuff isn't the best quality, and i think it's full of sodium, too.
 
Honestly i'm not measuring it out per say. But i have done the calorie counting thing before so i know where things tend to fall. I get my EFA's. I sense you see flaws so please educate me. That's why i posted here to get help and get down to 10% or less. If you can help let me know, please.

Diet is going well. Calf and quad veins are becoming visible.
