OK, usually in the morning i have 4 egg whites with one yoke and a couple slices of cheese. Maybe a slice of toast or couple packages of regular flavored instant oatmeal with nothing on it. couple hours later i have some tuna or chicken from a can. Lunch is usually the rest of the can chicken mixed with frozen veggies(cooked) with couple cheese slices and mixed with lettuce or without the lettuce. Then couple hours later i have some cottage cheese and crackers. Dinner is usually another form of lunch maybe with salmon and chicken. I also sometimes have a bowl of ceral with my eggs and lunch i sometimes have a cup of wheat pasta.
