its actually worked out real well for me..i took test cyp deca and dbol...ran 40 mg of dbol a day..and e3d 375 deca and 500 of test cyp for 10 weeks..gained around 20lbs and real solid and good strength..now im look to move up to something a bit more serious..im learning more about this shit and i think i may have my nect cycle

week 1-8 dbol 40mg ed
week 1-12 tren-e 150-200mg e3d
week 1-12 test-e 250mg e3d
week 1-12 deca 250mg e3d
week 10-14 nolvadex

any suggestions?..up the dose or down...i went with deca cause the keep gains was high and i think it would do good with that..just sucks it stays with u for so long

When you try Tren for the first time your suppose to start with tren ace-if you get bad sides from it you can get it out of your system much quicker. The Deca may not be necessary-the tren should yield you great gains. taking nolva weeks 10-14 makes no sense what so ever on that cycle.
