This isn't working

My biceps don't want to grow at all... my other bodyparts are growing, but
my arms don't.

I train them once a week with 3 exercises , 6 workingsets total.
I hit them with full intensity, it really frustrates me, everytime I see those little fuckers I can almost cry.
Lolz

Need some advice

do you realize your bi's are a much harder body part to grow..take care of the larger muscles legs/back and your bi's will grow

My biceps are also hard growing but I concentrate on heavy back, chest and legs work. I'm gaining good general size and my arms grow with it. I just add some curls at the end of back day and dips on chest day.
As many on the board say, if you gain general mass, your arms will grow.

concentrate more on major movements (deadlifts, squats, bench) after doing back, do a few sets of curls if u have energy left. Also when benching switch it up, do reverse grip bench sometimes and do dips(weighted dips) after u bench. Your arms will grow. Just takes time bro. Make sure you're eating enough calories and drink LOTS of milk. Diet and rest are also VERY important if you wanna grow.

It takes up to 22 pounds for me to see an inch on my arms, but they grow with everything else.

Mudge is right. Arms cant grow if you arent gaining. At least 10lb - half an inch.

I think Arnolds rule was 1 inch = 15 pounds, but I dont recall for sure. But if someone has gained 5 pounds, shit I can gain or lose that in a day just with minor diet changes, and it may be on or off my waist, or it may be on or off my muscular frame.

Without bigger changes, you typically wont see bigger gains. So unless you've put an entire inch on your chest and you are confident in your measuring technique, and still haven't seen anything on your arms, then you are probably overreacting or expecting too much. You have to eat to grow.

Couldn't agree more, you HAVE TO EAT TO GROW. I gained 12lbs this past winter and saw about 1 in on my arms(actually on everything).
