this whole Aesthetics thing is really getting out of control

I think I visited Jordan when I was very young but obviously don't remember much. Must take a day trip from Lebanon next time I visit. I can't believe Austin has actually visited Amman and Beirut, surprised me to hear that. Have fun and be safe in Beirut brother, my family there tells me tensions are rising again :(

It's ridiculous.. The most beautiful country in the region , and politicians are tearing it apart..
Well... I had fun last time and will have fun this time too..
The gym near my hotel is great, night life is super .. Girls are hot.. What do I need more.

To the op: I hope u won't mind me enjoying some Lebanese dishes , Lebanese food rocks..
Even it's doesn't fit my calorie intake.. I won't miss the chance :)

Lebanon is a stunning country, but as always is being dragged into tensions by Syria. Urgh.

Yes, the fighting has got to stop. Too many people have been killed bc of it.

Tabbouleh, hummus, fatoush, lahem bajeen, gyros, shishtaouk mmmmmm. You're making me jealous Rida lol. I love it there and am looking forward to my next trip in a couple years. Maybe I'll stop by Amman while I'm there, another wonderful, historical city :)

Gyros is greek. Everything else is accurate but you forgot the most important two... Shawerma and mansaf.

I think youre right but they make it in Lebanon and that's the best place I've had it, for gyros that is. I like shawarma a lot but I have only had mansaf a couple times unfortunately.

Off topic but there is 2 ways we make tabbouleh at home: the Turkish way and the Syrian way. Only difference is the Turkish method adds pomegranate syrup. Both are delicious.

I have a running/cycling partner who is unorthodox to say the very least in his training and diet regimes.......In all honesty he's is not a BB but a triathlete and he eats Mc Dz everyday and smokes a pack of Marlboro lights he even drinks minimum 5 Heinekens daily and does it like nobody's biz.....he has finished the Iron Man HI. with respectable times twice...for fun just to see if he could.....and its no joke to even get a boarding pass on the IRON MAN HI. train...I've been trying for 4 years....he's a 35yo M 6'0 165 6-7% BF and he is a machine........all the while treating his body like shit. So kinesiology degree or not this guys furnace burns up what ever he puts into it and the result is beast mode. After a run swim or bike the first thing this guy reaches for isn't water or electrolytes its a frost cold beer.......I don't understand it....but it works for him???
