thoughts of sex replaced with food..

i have been dieting pretty strict, much how one would diet on their way to contest time without restricting too many complex carbs and my sex drive has dropped significantly. i am 180lbs and down to about 6 % body fat and oddly enough my thoughts of having sex and hooking up with girls has been replaced with thinking about my cheat day.. what i cant wait to eat on the weekend etc..is this a familiar story to anyone??

i don't think i can ever replace thoughts of sex with anything...but I certainly strategically plan out my cheat days to gain access to maximum amount of taste bud coverage! Then I burn it off with hours of hardcore boning.

your hormone levels have plummeted being at 6% bf and eating way under maintenence...your body is in starvation mode, its geared towards survival, not reproduction...its natural.

well that sounds like it makes sense. since i am content with deiting the way i am, are there any health risks to continue this for as long as id like to?

Health risks from starving yourself, long term? Yes.

That's usually a sign that it's time to take a break from dieting and start eating at maintenance again.

take 2 weeks and eat at maintenence and take it really easy in the gym. Then when you come back to the diet your metabolism, hormone levels, etc should be back up to optimal levels and your fat loss should increase.

well im not really starving myself at all. sure i crave a burger once in a while but i know i could easily eat that on my cheat day. i dont however want to lose any more weight, but maintain what i have and just try to get deeper cuts in my abs. this is why a cheat day is a great idea for me and anyone who is that low of body fat to help them maintain. to do this i have drastically started to cut down on cardio and havent minded to add a little more oatmeal for breakfast, add an extra shake, etc. still while eating the same diet.

i dont understand what the question is. for the past 3 months or so, to get from 13% bf to what i am now i made sure my diet, cardio, and training was on and consistent. all i took was lipodrene (ephedra). im saying i will try to maintain my current weight while staying at the body fat that i am now and try to develop deeper cuts in my abs by working them hard. does that answer what you were asking?

in order to get "deeper cuts" in your abs, youre going to have to lose bodyfat, which would mean losing weight. I guess you could also build your ab muscles (as well as the rest of your body) to make them more prominent, which would require weight gain.

well being at the percentage im at, i sure dont want to get much lower and i dont believe that soemones progress only has the option of being stagnant and not progressing or improvment of ones physique at all without the use of drugs. wouldnt you agree?

as it is..some people can gain weight and lose body fat at the same time..sure drugs help this but it is possible without them.

i have a follow up question..so if i try to maintain my weight at 180, is there any way that i can convert muscle to fat as long as i watch the scale ultimately staying at that weight and follow this regimen below?

Keep things pretty much the same such as training and diet..maybe adding a few more carbs or a shake here and there being that i dont want to drop too much below 180 and have my cheat meals during the weekend, which could put my weight to about 185-190 by the beginning of the next week and then continue cardio bringing me to back down to 180 usually by the 2nd day or middle of the next week as water weight comes off.

id like to hear all of your input. thanks

yea, those people are called obese begginers...someone whos been training for a while and dieting, isnt going to do both at the same time.

basically...unless you are part of that 1% of the population with ungoldy genetics, or are using drugs, youre either going to gain weight by eating more, or lose weight by eating less
