thoughts of sex replaced with food..

its seems though lately im having to eat more and ive cut down cardio to very minimal if not altogether and im still staying at 180..if im not having to do as much or any cardio is it possible for my body fat to remain the same? i just feel like im cheating if i dont do it you know?
 
if you want to lose weight eat less
if you want to stay at 180 do whatever it is your doing now
if you want to gain weight eat more

not too complicated is it?
 
no i guess not..but ive worked so hard to get down to the 6% i am now and i guess it would just appear too easy for me to cut the cardio and just lift 4 days per week..in comparison to what ive done to get to this point. everything ive done has been so regimented and if i wasnt doing cardio and eating slightly more to maintain a certain weight, id almost feel like my body fat would increase somehow.
