I was on Clomid 50mg every odd day from 12/2/17 till 1/12/18 and all it did was make me snap and become angry for the littlest things. Started andro gel 40mg 2 pumps every day and on 1/29/18 my total T dropped to 208.00 ( range 264-916), switched to 200mg/ml every 2 weeks around February 2nd and on 2/22/18 my total T was 321.00 and that was 8 days after my last shot.

So no way I was going to wait 6 more days till my next shot so I went on 2/23/18 and got another 200mg/ml shot. Went to see the doctor on the 2/27/18 and he gave me 1 1/2 cc shot so now I have 500mg/ml in my system.

Most of my blood test are right before my next shot so I went today and had blood drawn which is around 40 hours after my last shot just to see if my T level is going up. At 40 hours it should show my peak level. As of now 369 is my highest number and that was on Clomid. I have such severe fatigue I***8217;m out on disability. That***8217;s all the test results I have and to get that many I***8217;m seeing 2 family doctors. As for other tests like E2 and all the others listed on ****my doctors will not do those test by seeing a endo specialist in 2 weeks. Also going to have my t levels check in 5 days. If it***8217;s under 400 the doctor will have me on 300mg/ml every 7 days. I was around 215 pounds in 2014 and I injured a few lumbar disks, 2015 injured them again and 2 more. Weight went up to 240 by August 2017 and went out of work due to high blood pressure, vertigo, dizzy, insomnia, hot flashes, night sweats and that***8217;s keeping my room at 55 degrees, gained 30 pounds in 3 weeks and now I***8217;m at 280 pounds at 6***8217;3***8221; all belly fat, depressed, lost a ton of muscle and strength.

Funny thing is before erectile function hit me I all of the sudden had great control and could go longer than a porn star and no fluffer needed and then it was gone. Well it was gone but the strangest thing was I would wake up with a hard on every morning around 3am and it would not go away. That stopped after a month but now it***8217;s back but at least I can get it up when I want now but if I stop it will go down fast. If I could just get rid of the severe fatigue and not snap at the little things I can deal with the rest. Read lots of books and blogs on T*****. TRT has made my sleep better 10 hours plus a day and not as moody but no where near better.

Wow, that's such a massive block of text I can't stand to read it.

What I did pick up was you did clomid mono therapy, then gels, then test shots with 2 week frequency. Welcome to the club of gimmicks and bad protocols.

Get on a decent dose, 2x per week injections, and give it time.

So what is your trt dosage now? what else are you pinning? are you taking any meds bro?
you need to get blood works done my man.

^^^this
And if your doc won't get you dialed in with injections then find another doc. Can't find one? Contact one on this site. I have a feedingbthe guys on here would get you straightened out pretty quick. 200mg per week and 500hcg per week. AI as needed. If that doesn't get ya straight then nothin will ;)
Good luck bro. Please let us know how it works out.

So the problem is that you are not getting a high enough dose often enough. 200 mg a week injected is about right. Understanding the halflife of the drug is important. Please monitor you blood pressure and estrogen and hematicret. If you are having problems with you family doctor just call IMt. Their doctor is very good. They offer affordible legal descrete service to your door.

Thanks for breaking up into readable paragraphs. I went through it again and see that your SHBG is very low. That is going to mean you need much more frequent shots than the next guy to keep stable blood levels.

You'll see a lot of people recommend 2x per week. For you with your low SHBG you might need every other day.

Get to where you are doing your own injections, then take 200 mg/wk and try EOD which is 57 mg/shot, or make the math easy and go 50 mg EOD.

If you are taking test cypionate you'll have to wait 8 weeks for things to stabilize, if enanthate 6 weeks. Give it the needed time, and be consistent, that's the best way to be scientific about it and get to where you are feeling ok.

You are right that he need more frequent dosing every other day is unnecessary with splitting does 2 times a week is more than enough wit a 7-10 day half life. Turning him into a pin cushion is not the answer. 100 mg every 5 days would be the most consistent blood level with test cypionate or enanthionate but leave it up to the Dr thats what you are paying them for.
